龍年已成為過去，蛇年悄然來臨，首先給大家拜個晚年，祝大家在蛇年風生水起，步步高升！2025年1月，恒生指數全月上漲0.82%，收報20225點；恒生中國企業指數全月上漲1.27%，收報7382點。美國方面，標普500指數全月上漲2.7%，收報6040點，納斯達克指數全月上漲1.64%，收報20118點。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Polly_jessica_new_website_and_FB_16_51c3e6c012.jpg" alt="(Polly) jessica new website &amp; FB (16).jpg">1月份，中國製造業採購經理指數（PMI）為49.1%，比上月下降1.0個百分點，製造業景氣水準有所回落。從CPI數據來看，最新數據同比增長0.1%，顯示中國仍處於通縮的經濟環境；中國社會消費品零售總額最新數據為45172億元，同比增長3.7%，雖略有增長，但相比兩年前常規的10%左右增長，已經下降至較低水準。中國經濟仍處於下行週期，目前尚無明顯的拐點。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Polly_jessica_new_website_and_FB_1_70d49f849b.png" alt="(Polly) jessica new website &amp; FB (1).png">根據我們的觀察，上證50股息率數據最新為4.3%左右，而中國國債一年期水準為1.25%左右，兩者利差超過3%。對於普通投資者而言，在經濟不景氣的情況下，資金最安全的方式是銀行存款，但在整個國家貨幣逆向調控週期中，存款利息往往會非常低，目前一年期定存大約在1%左右。對於追求穩健收益的投資者而言，如果對金融市場有較深入的認識，就會發現高股息的投資標的其實是更穩健的選擇。我們在對高股息投資產品的歸因分析中統計，2024年全年純股息收益率為6.8%，也就是說1000萬本金一年可獲得68萬的股息收益，這是真金白銀的投資回報。當然，股價波動可能帶來階段性虧損，這也是客觀事實，因此並非所有高股息個股都適合投資，需要經過研究分析，選出具有深度護城河、企業盈利穩健增長且公司治理良好的企業，投資收益就能遠好於銀行定存，並且非常確定。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Polly_jessica_new_website_and_FB_27_a1e0ed0d33.jpg" alt="(Polly) jessica new website &amp; FB (27).jpg">我們在四川組織了一系列路演，見到了不少新老投資人。在我們判斷中國整體宏觀經濟尚未見底的背景下，不少投資人對於美股投資表現出了極大的興趣。從我們的估值模型來看，美股整體估值水準顯示，標普500的歷史PE水準約為26倍，相較於20倍的歷史均值，的確已不算便宜。然而，我們看到美國目前正進行以人工智慧為方向的新一輪科技革命，這場科技革命將帶來核心企業業績的高速增長，進而降低資本市場整體估值水準。從這個角度看，美國的動態估值並不昂貴。此外，由於虛擬貨幣的戰略稀缺性，比特幣為首的虛擬資產在未來的大類資產配置中將發揮越來越重要的作用，因此我們也積極研究和佈局相關投資標的，以把握這一趨勢性的投資機會。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/2025_02_14_1_01_22_b7d0d1106e.png" alt="螢幕截圖 2025-02-14 下午1.01.22.png">本月，我第三次以崇左市政協委員身份參加了一年一度的崇左市兩會會議。作為崇左市的政協委員，我們就崇左市的發展提出了自己的意見和建議，也越來越理解中國政治體制的特點。雖然這種體制經常被西方國家詬病，但我們的優勢在於風險防控能力和執行力較強，可以集中優勢資源解決主要問題。在經濟下行週期中，各行各業都能明顯感受到比以往更大的壓力。過去改革開放的40年裡，市場處於快速發展階段，賺錢相對容易。但如今，行業正加速向龍頭企業整合，單純依靠資本集中和激進投資模式來獲取利潤的時代已經一去不復返，因此許多企業感覺錢越來越難賺。然而，那些具備核心競爭力、管理規範的優質企業，反而能在這樣的環境中脫穎而出，越發發展得更好，這正是經濟發展的自然規律。最後，用崇左市遲威市長在兩會報告中的一句話作為結尾：夢雖遙，追則能達；願雖艱，持則可圓。 <img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Polly_Square_for_website_96_9d781e0cfc_11666500c8_4164ac4939_0281558734.jpg" alt="Polly_Square_for_website_96_9d781e0cfc_11666500c8_4164ac4939.jpg">

Despite its modernity and development, Hong Kong continues to grapple with deep-rooted taboos and systemic inequalities. Issues such as sexual health, reproductive rights, and gender equality are often shrouded in shame and silence, leaving many marginalized groups without the necessary resources or support to navigate their challenges. The lack of comprehensive education, societal stigma, and limited access to essential services perpetuates cycles of vulnerability and disempowerment for countless young women.Bowie Lam, founder of Teen’s Key, has devoted over a decade of her life to challenging these taboos and empowering young women to take control of their lives, bodies, and futures. Through her work, she is not only addressing immediate crises but also fostering resilience, confidence, and hope among some of society's most vulnerable groups.&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Teen_s_Key_Team_2_2b2c307244.jpg" alt="Teen's Key_Team (2).jpg"><figcaption>Photo courtesy of Teen's Key</figcaption></figure>Bowie’s Beginnings: A Journey Rooted in Compassion Bowie’s journey with Teen’s Key began 14 years ago after an internship at a sex worker advocacy group, where she witnessed first-hand the immense lack of holistic support for vulnerable young women in Hong Kong. During her tenure, a high-profile case rocked the city: a young woman working as a "part-time girlfriend" was brutally murdered, an event that cemented Bowie’s motivation to support marginalized youth. Rather than focusing on the tragedy itself or holding the perpetrator accountable, the public chose to blame the victim, labelling her greedy and reckless.“I remember being so angry,” Bowie recalls. “Why do we always blame the victim instead of asking how we can help them?” This frustration fuelled her determination to create a safe space where young women could&nbsp;seek help without judgment. At just 20 years old, Bowie founded Teen’s Key with the goal of addressing the unique challenges faced by young women, particularly those involved in the sex industry or grappling with unintended pregnancies, sexual violence, and societal stigma.<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Teen_s_Key_Young_Women_Development_Service_Hub_Sexual_Health_Corner2_2b959c2cc6.jpg" alt="Teen's Key_Young Women Development Service Hub_Sexual Health Corner2.jpg"><figcaption>Photo courtesy of Teen's Key</figcaption></figure>Breaking the Silence: Navigating Taboos and Building Trust One of the biggest challenges Bowie faced early on was working to overcome the deeply rooted societal stigma surrounding sexual and reproductive health. Even today, comprehensive sex education remains largely absent in Hong Kong schools, leaving young people ill-equipped to deal with issues such as intimate relationships, consent, and contraception. When they encounter difficulties like unplanned pregnancies or abuse, they often feel too ashamed to ask for help.Teen’s Key seeks to fill this gap by providing prevention programs, workshops, and crisis intervention services. Beyond providing practical solutions, their approach focuses on building a supportive community. For example, the organization hosts monthly dinners where young women can share their experiences in a safe, non-judgmental environment. These events have grown significantly from just two or three attendees to over 20 each month, highlighting an urgent demand for such spaces. “For some young women, we don't need very complicated programs,” Bowie notes. “We only need a space where they feel safe to talk about their experiences.”<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Teen_s_Key_Services_10_Peer_group_124969d956.JPG" alt="Teen's Key_Services (10)_Peer group.JPG"><figcaption>Photo courtesy of Teen's Key</figcaption></figure>Holistic Support for Lasting Change Teen’s Key functions on a three-stage model: crisis intervention, relationship building, and life skills development.1. Crisis Intervention Many young women who come to Teen’s Key are in crisis situations, including sexual violence and abuse, HIV diagnoses, financial instability, or unintended pregnancies. The outreach team mobilizes resources quickly, offering in-time support like medical assistance, resource referrals and counselling services. Bowie recalls the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, during which hotline calls surged as young women struggling with issues made worse by isolation. Teen’s Key stepped up its efforts to ensure that no call went unanswered, providing every individual received personalized care.2. Relationship Building Trust is hard-won but essential. “The young women we are working with bear a lot of social stigmas…it's not easy to build trust with them,” Bowie explains. “Without trust, it's impossible to educate them or bring any influence to the community.” To build connections, Teen’s Key hosts interest classes and community events, which range from art workshops to hiking trips.&nbsp; One memorable moment for Bowie was when Teen’s Key organized a hike for a group of nightclub workers. “One girl told me how comforting it felt to stay under the sun,” she says. “It reminded me of how small joys can mean so much.” These activities foster camaraderie and trust, enabling the team to engage with young women on deeper levels. 3. Life Skills Program For young women transitioning out of precarious environments, Teen’s Key offers training in soft skills, job readiness, and sexual health knowledge. Participants can practice teamwork, communication, and resume writing before taking up internships designed to reintegrate them into a normal working environment. “It's a long progress, from successfully engaging them in the community, providing in-time support for their crisis, and increasing their capacity for a new beginning,” Bowie explains.&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/Teen_s_Key_Services_8_Life_exploration_169706a797.JPG" alt="Teen's Key_Services (8)_Life exploration.JPG"><figcaption>Photo courtesy of Teen's Key</figcaption></figure>The organization’s holistic approach has culminated in transformative success stories like that of Katy, whose journey was highlighted in their latest annual report. Growing up in a family marked by conflict and mental health challenges, Katy found herself working in a nightclub while grappling with depression. Determined to break free from this cycle and build a brighter future, she joined Teen’s Key’s Internship Program, through which she gained invaluable job readiness skills and discovered a newfound confidence to pursue her dreams.&nbsp;Challenges and Resilience Despite its successes, Teen’s Key operates within a challenging landscape. Misogyny and victim-blaming persist both online and offline, while funding and resources for marginalized groups remain limited. Teachers and parents are resistant toward discussions about sex education, dismissing it as unnecessary or overly progressive.<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/signal_2025_02_13_120300_002_b5d078112b.jpeg" alt="signal-2025-02-13-120300_002.jpeg"><figcaption>Photo courtesy of Teen's Key</figcaption></figure>For Bowie and her team, staying motivated requires honesty and self-care. “To be honest, I can't stay motivated all the time,” she admits. “There are a lot of setbacks, ups and downs, and even frustration.” Regular supervision sessions with external&nbsp;counsellors&nbsp;allow staff to process their emotions and experiences, while initiatives like “well-being leave” and job flexibility provide much-needed breaks.Looking Ahead Bowie Lam’s journey with Teen’s Key is a testament to the power of compassion, resilience, and collective action. Through her tireless efforts, she has illuminated the struggles faced by young women in Hong Kong, offering them a path toward empowerment, self-determination, and hope. What began as a small initiative driven by passion has grown into a lifeline for countless young women navigating crises, societal stigma, and systemic inequalities.&nbsp;Looking ahead, Bowie envisions expanding Teen’s Key’s impact to reach even more marginalized young women, particularly online. Think about what you want tomorrow, next week, next year. Good things will happen!” This unwavering optimism lies at the heart of Teen’s Key’s mission, reminding us that no matter how hopeless things may seem, there is always a way forward.&nbsp;

心靈療癒是一種尋找內心平靜和心靈安寧的過程，通過情感釋放、自我探索和心靈成長，幫助我們處理生活中的挑戰和創傷。香港註冊藝術治療師（表達藝術）沈劼楠（Kit Shum）深信藝術的力量，將其視為促進心靈療癒的重要工具，透過藝術的媒介引導人們進行情感釋放，啟動自我探索的旅程，並促進心靈的成長。<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/DJI_20240306113750_0225_D_0d3324f2d5.JPG" alt="DJI_20240306113750_0225_D.JPG"><figcaption>香港註冊藝術治療師（表達藝術）沈劼楠（Kit Shum）</figcaption></figure>Kit 經常與客人建立深層的連結，細心傾聽他們的故事，並通過藝術創作幫助他們表達內在的情感和需求。她說：「表達藝術治療融合多媒體元素，包括視覺藝術、舞蹈、戲劇和音樂，透過非語言方式將潛意識的想法呈現出來。當情緒激動時，內心會產生生動的畫面，如火山爆發，具體且多感官的形象。透過視覺藝術和戲劇，可以生動展現火山爆發的情景，幫助情緒表達和覺知。同時，情緒也可以轉化，就像火山爆發後的雨水帶來平靜，改善心境。透過這些藝術過程，有助於情緒管理和心態調整，讓人更好地理解和處理情感。」當人面臨壓力時，經常進入戰鬥或逃跑模式，這時我們的腎上腺素會急速上升。Kit 指出有些人在這種情況下變得易怒，而逃跑則往往源於驚恐情緒。還有一種狀態就是完全凍結（Freeze mode），這三種狀態並非理想的生存狀態，僅適應短暫危機。雖然腎上腺素刺激時會令行動迅速、思維敏捷，長期保持此狀態會增加壓力荷爾蒙，降低免疫力。藝術能舒緩壓力，促使大腦釋放快樂荷爾蒙，提升免疫力。 而藝術治療有助活化前額葉，促進社交、增強解難能力，拓展聯想，幫助處理個人問題。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/2024_10_03_3_57_44_3337e55e50.png" alt="螢幕截圖 2024-10-03 下午3.57.44.png"><h2>善用表達藝術治療</h2>在視覺藝術領域中，我們透過各種不同的媒介來表現他們的創造力和獨特風格。每一種藝術媒介都承載著獨特的特質和表達方式，能夠引發觀者各種感官和情感上的共鳴。這種多元性使得藝術作品變得更加豐富多彩。有些人喜歡使用具有強烈觸感的媒介，例如陶泥，這種材料讓他們能夠直接感受到形態的變化和材質的紋理。這種直接的觸感體驗能夠激發他們的創作靈感，使他們更加投入到創作過程中。另一方面，有些人則更傾向於使用乾燥的材料，如木顏料或粉彩，這些材料能夠呈現出獨特的質感和色彩效果，使作品更加生動和豐富。此外，還有一些人會選擇使用濕潤的彩料，例如廣告彩或水彩。這些彩料在畫布上流動的方式和色彩的混合效果能夠營造出柔和和流暢的視覺效果，帶給人一種溫暖和舒適的感受。這些不同的媒介選擇反映了個人的性格特質和藝術取向，展現了他們對藝術創作的熱情和創造力。藝術媒介的選擇不僅僅是在技術層面上的考量，更是一種表達個人性格和情感的方式。例如，一個喜歡秩序和細節的人可能會偏好使用濕潤的媒體，因為這種媒介讓他們能夠在作品中展現出細膩和精準的一面。相反，一個討厭混亂和不規則性的人可能更傾向於使用乾燥的媒體，這樣可以讓他們保持清晰和有序的思維方式。所以，透過不同的藝術媒介，有助於幫助人們從固定的性格和取向轉變為更加靈活和開放的狀態。藉由藝術創作過程，人們不僅可以表達內心的情感和想法，還能夠激發創造力和想像力，讓他們從不同的視角去看待世界和自己。對於那些性格活潑、喜歡活動且喜歡交流的人來說，諸如舞蹈或戲劇等藝術形式可能更為合適。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/2024_10_03_3_59_55_3af4935938.png" alt="螢幕截圖 2024-10-03 下午3.59.55.png">舞蹈可以讓人們透過身體的動作和節奏表達情感和感受，而戲劇則讓人們能夠扮演不同的角色和情境，體驗不同的生活和情感。通過不斷地探索和交替使用不同的藝術媒介，有助於改變人們固有的性格觀念和執著。藉由藝術創作，人們可以挑戰自己的想法和信念，擴展自己的視野和思維方式，從而實現個人成長和進步。因此，藝術不僅僅是一種表達形式，更是一種能夠啟發和改變的力量，深刻地影響著人們的心理狀態和觀點。&nbsp;

結合運動、藝術、慈善與美食！以攝影大師作品訴說10位香港運動員的獨特故事！

and bracelets</figcaption></figure><h2 style="text-align:justify;">STRAWBERRY LOVE</h2>MIRROR 打從《全民造星》選秀節目開始便以跳唱掛帥， 每次 12 子推出團歌都會令一眾鏡粉為之瘋狂。2024 年頭炮的這一首小組「團」歌、首度由姜濤、Anson Lo 、Jeremy 和 Edan 4 人小組形式合唱，並鮮有撇低男團勁歌熱舞的既定形象，以甜蜜初戀作新歌主題大玩小清新。《Strawberry Love 》 歌詞甜蜜，直接的告白、示愛字句，原來是出自 Serrini 的手 筆，輕快旋律讓人感受到 4 位大男孩可愛、陽光的一面。「新 歌想唱出如 strawberry 一般的甜蜜感覺，是一首關於追女仔的 sweet song。」<figure class="image"><img 作很滿意，不論是前期製作、後期剪接、調色都極富心思， 大家也會看到我們少有穿上夏季裝束，自己也首次在 MV 內 『駕車』，加上泰國陽光與海灘的美景，整個氛圍都非常青春 活潑。」MV 更請來了泰國女演員擔任女主角，「MV內的故事情節，是講述我們 4 個同一時間追求這位女生，不過重點 卻落於我們大細路的玩樂情節。」姜濤更笑說可能是因為女主角在內大派好人卡，所以他們4個最後都成功。他還強調 bracelet</figcaption></figure>&nbsp;<h2 style="text-align:justify;">MY FIRST LOVE</h2>新歌《Strawberry Love》甜蜜滿瀉， 4 位大男孩對於戀愛這課題卻有着不一樣的見解。 4 位正值事業搏殺黃金時期， 當然認為愛情不是眼下最重要的，但對愛情也總有憧憬，一 切關乎是否適合的時間遇上適合的對象。「對我來說，愛情現階段未是 priority，可能是自己在拍拖上未有太多經驗。每 當唱有關愛情主題的歌曲，都是靠想像而來。」Jeremy 對泰 國電影《初戀這件小事》印象難忘，初中時看過後見識到戀愛 的威力，原來就在於可以徹底改變一個人。<figure class="image"><img 簡單單在一起已經足夠。」姜濤則打趣說如果愛情是人生必需品，他過去二十幾年的人生豈非是白過？「我覺得暗戀一點也不甜蜜，因為以前暗戀的對象都不會跟我在一起，大家都說不需要表白這個過程，而是兩個人對大家有意思，就會很自然走在一起。」<figure class="image"><img MIRROR</h2>絕對是本地娛圈最熱最紅的單位，12 子的個 人發展也相當不俗，出道以來歌影視都不乏他們的身影。 Jeremy 坦言自己最享受舞台，在舞台上可完全投入自己的表演、也可盡情感受觀眾的歡呼聲，整件事很有力量，那種 抗奮感覺絕非筆墨可形容。而提到即將跟 COLLAR 合作開騷，他表示，「非常期待，因為大家都是《造星》出身，以前 比賽時就很習慣不停換組表演，今次跟 Jer 、Stanley 、Marf 、 Sumling 和 Winka 合作，就可以變化出很多不同的組合，而 且又是勁歌熱舞，很有火花。」Jeremy 說時喜上眉梢，完全 讓人感受到他對舞台的熱愛。<figure class="image"><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/jes285_coverstory09_61cee9470a.jpg" 一直以來的鼓勵，自己亦十分欣賞這位大前輩，「第一次正式跟 Kelly 合作 是馬場的表演，當時已覺得她很懂得享受工作，認真之餘也 能放鬆心情，也多謝她一直以來都有留意自己，錄音期間給予我很多寶貴意見，新歌的合作相當順利和愉快！」他自言最近開始明白如何享受工作，也會堅持每天的 me time 來維持 work-life balance。Edan 算是團內百足最多爪的成員，他 最近參與拍攝由「紙盒藏屍案」改篇而成的電影，在內長髮的造型早前亦已曝光，「這已是第 5 度參演電影，但這一次的 拍攝過程讓我體驗很深，除了有很多動作、打鬥場面，戲內情節橫跨幾個年代，自己要由 20 歲演到 40 歲，當中的內心戲都是一大挑戰！」<figure class="image"><img rings</figcaption></figure>Edan緊接其後便會加入劇組，新劇將會與劇帝謝君豪合作，且看又會擦出甚麼新火花。提到剛與馮 德倫合作新歌《Every Single Time 》MV 拍攝的姜濤，他表示， 「是一次很偶然的機會遇到 Stephen，就促成了這次的合作， 發覺我們喜歡的東西都很符合這首歌的風格。」<figure class="image"><img rings</figcaption></figure>一切順其自然發生，MV 於台灣拍攝取景，更正中姜濤的下壞，「自己一直都想跟台灣團隊合作，排舞老師也是偶像小豬御用的，之前《Dummy》已合作過，兩度合作對對方更為了解。」4 子將工作排得密密麻麻，忙得不可開交的同時，也逐漸找對自已的方向，寓工作於娛樂，向着夢想不停進發，不就是最理想的人生目標嗎？<figure
